We’re looking for support people to join our customer service team.
You’ll provide customer service via chat and email for Signvox, the leading SAAS based POS and CRM solution for the Sign Industry. You’ll also be responsible for customer on-boarding (importing our customers data from there current solution to Signvox), updating and improving the articles in our Help and FAQ section, writing tutorials and how-tos. You will also be providing some amount of phone support and in-person training, so that should be something you’d like to do as well.
We’re looking for someone who loves to help others, someone who can keep smiling even when dealing with tough customers (empathy is important), and someone who has a passion for our products and company. You should enjoy the process of making an anxious customer a happy customer. You have to be an excellent writer who enjoys writing (chats, emails and FAQs). Our customers love when we get back to them within 10 minutes with a clear, concise, and friendly answer.
Most of our customer are in the US and Australia, so the working ours will be 7.00 pm to 4.00 am (US Shift) or 4.00 am to 1.00 pm (Australian Shift). You should be flexible aboutworking in either shift.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (pref. in computer science BSC or MCA are ok)
- Good English Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
- 2-3 yrs of work experience in customer support, call-center or BPO dealing with US customers.
